I help people overcome pain that limits their daily life, whether it's getting out of bed, moving from the floor, or easing persistent back, knee, or foot pain. My approach focuses on mindful, functional movement to restore natural mobility and reduce strain on the body.
Through personalized, nurturing movements, we’ll improve flexibility, build strength, and increase resilience, allowing you to regain confidence in your body and return to the activities you love. Whether you enjoy walking, resistance training, or simply moving through daily tasks with ease, my goal is to help you move pain-free.
